- Call, text or send the form. Tell us the pickup address and roughly how many packages.
- We confirm a time. We agree a day and a time window that suits you.
- We collect and weigh. Our driver weighs each package and labels it with its QR code.
- You get your receipt. It shows the price and the tracking number for each package.

Pickup is free in New York and New Jersey / $X. We tell you the price when you book.
How soon can you come?

Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to hand over the packages and sign the receipt. It can be a family member or neighbour.
Can you pick up from a business?
Yes. We collect from shops, offices and warehouses, including larger commercial shipments.

Bring your own boxes or let us pack for you. Either way, every package is weighed, labelled and checked before it leaves.
We pack it for you
We supply sturdy boxes and barrels in several sizes, and pack your items so they survive a long journey. Fragile items like glassware, TVs and electronics get extra padding and a fragile label.

- Use strong, double-wall boxes; avoid used grocery boxes
- Fill empty space so nothing moves when you shake the box
- Wrap fragile items one by one and keep them in the middle
- Tape every seam, top and bottom, in an H shape

Can I seal the box myself?
Yes. We may ask to see the contents for the customs list, so leave the tape off until we've seen it if you can.
Can I ship a TV or a fridge?
Yes, with proper packing. Call us first so we can quote for size and arrange protective packing.

How a consolidated shipment works
Your packages share space with other customers' packages heading to Nairobi. That keeps the price per box down.
- Packages collect at our warehouse in Burlington, NJ.
- We build the shipment. Each package is scanned into it, so its tracking shows the departure.
- We file the paperwork. Packing list, manifest and US export filing where needed.
- The shipment departs and every package in it updates to "In transit".

When does the next shipment leave?
Call us for the next departure date. Book a few days before so your packages make it in.
Will I pay duty in Kenya?
Kenya Revenue Authority may charge import duty depending on what you send and its value. We will explain how duty is handled and charged.
What can't I ship?

Delivery in Nairobi
Our Nairobi team clears customs, calls the receiver and hands the package over. The receiver signs, and the sender sees it marked delivered.
From the airport or port to the receiver
- Arrival in Nairobi. Each package is scanned at our Nairobi warehouse.
- Customs clearance. We work with a licensed clearing agent and Kenya Revenue Authority to release the shipment.
- We call the receiver. We agree a delivery time, or a time to collect.
- Handover. The receiver checks the package and signs. Tracking updates to "Delivered".
